I love Piermont, the Hudson River, the restaurants, the views and mostly the people. So many great people old and young alike enjoying all the Village has to offer safely and comfortably thanks to the Village Police and Fire Departments. I want to help keep it that way. It is really a wonderful place. I have been practicing law since 2003 here in the Village, and I am an attorney duly licensed and admitted in good standing to practice law in the State of New York. I previously served on the Board of Directors for the Rockland County Bar Association in 2007, and chaired several bar association committees. In the last election, my opponent and I were both found equally qualified by the bar association's judicial screening committee. And despite the well-publicised efforts to stop my firm's work to protect children in the United States being targeted by Big Pharma we have overcome all the blocks and all the obstacles encountered. The demand for the services of the law firm continues to grow. Patricia Finn Attorney, P.C. represents thousands of parents and children throughout the United States and my legal work involving parental rights and vaccine injuries has been precedent setting.
As a practitioner of law, I am well known for my pro bono and civil rights cases involving Autism, the public health and religious freedom. Before becomming an attorney, I worked for over ten years as a program director on anti poverty programs in the South Bronx for a non-profit organization named SOBRO. I have a law degree from Pace University School of Law where I was distinguished for my Moot Court experience having won first place in the Gray's Inn International Moot Court and being selected twice for the prestigious Jessup International Moot Court Team. I have a master's degree in public administration from Baruch College in New York City and a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University where I attended on a debating scholarship. I love to argue it is a gift of Irish eloquence and I am an experience trial attorney. I am a Mother of two great kids and I have lived in Piermont since I was sixteen years old...my favourite hobbies are watching the sunrise over the Pier, the sunset over Tweed Blvd and bodybuilding.
And that is why I'm running for Judge...WIN WITH FINN.
I hope you will remember to get out and vote on November 5, 2010 and support me for Village Justice.
Patricia Finn, Esq.
