The Good Health Lawyer
October 8, 2016
Patricia Finn is known as the The Good Health Lawyer, a vaccine injury and vaccine exemption attorney out of New York City, and is representing Baby Doe in a lawsuit against Merck & Co., Inc. The pro bono federal case alleges the defective MMR vaccine Baby Doe received at age six during a routine check up at his pediatrician caused his alleged injuries including brain damage and vaccine induced autism. Patricia Finn, Baby Doe’s attorney represents thousands of families and children throughout the United States who refuse unnecessary, and “unavoidably unsafe” vaccines mandated upon newborns and adolescent children, particularly in New York State, and now she is taking on Merck on behalf of Baby Doe and all the other vaccine injured kids he represents.
Not everyone out there is convinced that vaccines work in promoting public health and for good reason. There have been very few studies done on vaccine safety less than ten government funded studies, and we now know that almost half the CDC vaccine safety studies are at worst corrupt and at best unreliable based on credible new evidence of pharma fraud at the CDC. The pharmaceutical companies lie about vaccine safety and efficacy over and over again, and get away with it while simply deluging the American people with commercials and false information about why you should submit to vaccines, or any of the dozens of other drugs pushed on Americans and their children every day in the United States. Every third television commercial is a drug company pushing dangerous pharmaceuticuals. Twenty five million pills are consumed every hour in the United States, and many people who take them don’t know why they are taking them and for what. Vaccines have not cured childhoold illnesses because the same illnesses still exist. The improvements in public health seen in the last forty years was not the result of the advent of vaccinations rather it was the result of improvements in sanitation and refrigeration. In fact the leading cause of death in the United States today is drug overdose and abuse. More important, simple handwashing is a proven method far more effective than vaccinating in promoting public health, and no side effects.
In several newspaper and television interviews Patricia Finn has stood up and advocated against forced and mandatory vaccinations leading to her large social media following of parents, particularly young mothers, all part of a Warrior Mom movement fighting back against pharmaceuticals and the drugging of American children. Nowhere else in the world do children received so many vaccinations, between 65 and 70 by the age of 14 than in New York State, and it is a sad state of affairs indeed because the shots do not work and any injury to any child is considered by the CDC to be an “acceptable risk” unless of course it is your kid who is injured.
The Good Health Lawyer is unstoppable. Over the years she has been falsely accused of more than once of advertising charges and other frivolous accusations of attorney misconduct, and was charged with ethics violations based on falsified evidence and malicious charges designed to derail the firm’s work fighting Pharma. However, in March of 2014 after a multi-year harassing attorney discipline investigation, relentless cyber sabotage and illegal surveillance of her firm’s communications by State investigators, a five-judge panel of the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court dismissed all charges in a remarkable per curiam decision in the Second Department.
Allegations Were Ridiculous
Attorney Finn denied that there was any substance to the allegations she lied in an advertisement about the number of children she represented, and refused to turn over the names of the children she represented when faced with suspension of her law license. Patricia Finn contended that the charges against her engineered by those who opposed her work and were in a position to attack her, namely her coveted law license. Finn came back swinging with the parents and the community behind her, and no one messes with the Good Health Lawyer these days, and you know this is a good thing, especially for Baby Doe and all the kids who were injured by Merck’s vaccines that she represents. Armed with the truth and a complete vindication from the Appellate Division Second Department, Finn and her team are taking on Merck and pharma crime again, and this time with no interruptions.
And while many thought they could stop The Good Health Lawyer, the opposite is true and her pharma foes and their fear tactics only made her stronger. Patricia Finn continues to practice law in New York City, and remains a source of hope for many parents of vaccine injured kids. Finn is popular with the New York media and reporters, and is one of the city's most sought-after legal talents involving vaccine rights and vaccine injury litigations. The strikingly beautiful attorney with the long red hair and fiery personality to match, never lost her enormous energy, intensity, and her quick wit. Finn remains loyal to her family, staff, friends and her clients and they have returned it to her tenfold, particularly gathering around her in support of her when investigators from the State of New York were dispatched to her home looking for her while she was giving the Keynote Address at the We the Parents Rally in Charlseton West Virginia.
While speaking before a crowd of supporters and parents who refused to inject their children with the unavoidably unsafe vaccines, her children and staff were being terrorized and intimidated at her home and office while she was away at the Rally. Strangers were sent to her home and office looking for her because according the prosecutors, Finn allegedly “misrepresented the firm’s precedent setting cases on her webpage.”
Patricia Finn’s loyalty and steadfastness, and her fearlessness led her to overcome insurmountable odds piled up against her to stop her work and advocacy of Good Health, bringing her straight to the doorstep of her latest challenge against Merck on behalf of Baby Doe. Patricia Finn has been interviewed with Dr. Sanjay Gupta, on vaccine safety on CNN and other cable news networks and she is followed by thousands and thousands of American’s on social media who praise her work and commitment to protecting kids’ health.
Finn was once quoted as saying "to be a good person and a moral woman one cannot help but be troubled by all the plight and sorrow in the world” after concluding a vaccine injury case involving a perfectly healthy young man crippled by a vaccine he did not need. In the case of this vaccine injured young man, the government conceded the vaccines he received caused his spinal chord damage leaving him wheel chair bound for the rest of his life and for what, so Pharma can get rich while Kids get injured needlessly from vaccines they do not need.
Patricia Finn has had many career challenges all of which he seemed to enjoy. She said during our interview with each challenge she encountered, it was an opportunity to show others how to get the job done. Attorney Finn firmly believes that truth and justice in the end always prevail if not in this life than in the next. Finn said “no one can escape from the intentional harms you have done or caused others, it is Karma.”
Among her many interests, Finn said she loves most of all being a lawyer and that “the Courts in the United States are what stands between man and ruination.” Finn cherishes a good argument, and the opportunity to cross examine a squirming witness she said was her favorite pursuit. That kind of aggresiveness is natural to Finn, who once said: "My reputation for fierceness is well known. I live in controversy and my faith and my law degree are my biggest asset to get me through. I do not consent, stipulate or agree to anything. I like to fight and to win it is my nature. After what I have been through I fear very little, and I’m not afraid of Pharma either. Law is an adversarial profession but with rules that must be followed. I’m in it to win for the kids.”
"She is a fearless, relentless and brilliant, attorney” one parent said of their child’s lawyer, and never will give up no matter what the odds against her were.” Patricia Finn, the Good Health Lawyer, is always cool and impressive. Through the years as The Good Health Lawyer she honed her reputation as a loyal parental advocate, one whose courtroom technique was admired even by her detractors. She always seemed one step ahead on the attack, intimidating other lawyers, flustering witnesses and impressing clients she represented by seldom referring to notes and able to recall the most subtle and often overlooked detail that could change everything in an instant. Finn was said to have an idetic memory and was skilled at speed reading consuming thousands of pages of litigation material in a few hours.
During the interview, Finn identified her chief nemesis and obstacle as the Ninth Judicial Grievance Committee that she claimed went out of their way to torture early in her career manufacturing evidence and falsifying charges against her. Finn stated the grievance committee had engaged in warrantless surveillance of her phone and email communications to injure her and tampered with her firm’s litigations during the multi year investigation of her law license. Finn stated that for her there was no money to be made in lawyering because every dollar her firm earned, two were spent on counter intelligence and security fighting off the grievance committee "everbody is under surveillance these days.” Finn said money mattered very little to her because if she was to beat Merck, it wouldn’t be dollar for dollar, for the multi billion dollar pharmaceutical giant would win that fight, “this battle is to be won by right over might and money.”
The Good Health Lawyer continues to intrigue people around the world, and she provides hope for parents who are afraid to vaccinate because they know the vaccines do not work, are unsafe and they will not subject their children to them. Finn rejects GMO products, pharmaceuticals and vaccines choosing to live a healthy life free of chemicals, pesticides and drugs instead choosing a path in one with God’s plan on her own journey to enlightenment. It matters very little what others say or think about The Good Health Lawyer, Finn once remarked, because “I am doing good in the World and helping others, what a blessing for me.”
